Bain Head

Bain is an Executive Vice President in the Financial Lines Practice and serves on the board of CAC Specialty. She has extensive experience with large and complex Director and Officers, Employee Practices Liability, Fiduciary, Crime, Special Crime, Errors & Omissions, and Cyber placements.

Before joining CAC Bain was with McGriff, Seibels & Williams where she managed the Texas Financial Services Practice and served on the Executive Leadership Team. She also worked at AON and a predecessor company, where her most recent position was the Southeast and Southwest Regional Practice Leader.

Bain has worked with a variety of industries including airlines, utilities, and technology firms. She has significant experience with companies in the midstream, upstream, and service sectors of the oil and gas industry. Bain provides creative and strategic leadership to her accounts and co-workers.

Bain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas, Austin, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. She is a two-time recipient of the client-nominated Risk and Insurance “Power Broker” award and was named among Insurance Business America’s 2020 Elite Women. Bain is a licensed insurance agent in all 50 states.
