CAC Specialty’s Professional Services group collaborates with the insurance markets to craft insurance solutions designed for client satisfaction and security. We are devoted to client service and advising clients through every underwriting process, including policy negotiations.

We have placed the first genuinely global professional liability policy for a transatlantic law firm combination structured as a Swiss Verein and created and set affirmative sanctions coverage for Rule 11 and 37(d). We have also developed and placed information security (cyber) policies for law firms, dovetailing critical coverage components with professional liability coverage. We have assisted law firms with transitioning from various industry mutual insurers into the commercial market and have formed strategic relationships with London and Bermuda brokers, providing access to insurance markets throughout the world.
