Sr. Broker (Denver, CO): Solicit, market and place accounts in order to meet individual and department production goals.

Associate Account Executive (New York): Provide support to the team’s book of business including the marketing process for new and renewal business and backup for Account Manager responsibilities.

Account Manager, Applied EPIC (Denver|Birmingham|Atlanta): Assist the Account Executive, Broker, and Producer with invoicing in EPIC and other administrative duties.

Account Manager, Senior Living (Phoenix, AZ): Assist the Account Executive, Broker and Producer with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business. Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal.

Sr. Account Manager, Workers Compensation (Phoenix, AZ| Portland, OR): Assist the Workers Compensation Producer with servicing of new and renewal business. Maintain accurate documentation of any client business changes. Build strong client relationships to maintain retention of existing and new clients. Collaborate with various internal departments and maintain direct communication with clients. Ensure all needs are understood and executed and resolve client complaints in a timely manner. Oversee processes/data that pertain to the client’s insurance program. Collect essential information and coordinate with Producer and Carriers to facilitate a successful renewal.

Claims Advocate, Casualty: Responsible for receiving new Casualty claim first notices via phone or e-mail from insureds; reporting them to the appropriate carrier and following up to ensure timely and complete resolution. Also responsible for assisting with education of broker employees and clients relative to claims process. Position will work with various individuals including broker, client and carrier.
