Wendy Lane

Wendy Lane serves as an Independent Director on the board of CAC Group. She is a widely recognized business executive with diverse public board experience and brings a deep understanding of insurance dynamics, risk management, and value creation. Her expertise includes transformational change, finance, M&A, human capital, compensation, audit, corporate governance and more.

Wendy is a seasoned corporate director, with over 30 years of board service for 13 major companies headquartered across the globe in diverse industries. She played a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of Willis Towers Watson during her 18-year tenure on its board and was named one of the most Influential Women in Reinsurance in 2014 by Intelligent Insurer. She is currently on the board of Verisk, a data and analytics company whose products and services underly the pricing and structure of insurance policies.

Prior to her career as an experienced board member, Wendy spent 15 years as an Investment Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Goldman Sachs. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
