Wayne Hoffmann

Wayne is a Senior Vice President of our Property Casualty division at CAC Specialty. Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Wayne has spent the past thirty (30) plus years working at both medium and large Brokers in Connecticut. His longest stint was twenty-one (21) years at Marsh USA where he served as a member of their Leadership Committee, as a Team Lead and Senior Account Executive.

Over the course of his career, Wayne has developed industry expertise in various segments. These include Technology, Chemical, Healthcare and Life Sciences, most of which have had a global footprint. His proficiencies include evaluating and assessing program structures, and developing solutions targeted to his clients’ specific risk profiles.

Wayne is equally comfortable discussing alternate program structures with Risk Managers as well as individuals who rely heavily on their Broker to share ideas and concepts in a clear and concise format so they are able to understand, and make informed decisions. He views himself as either an extension of the Insured’s Risk Management Department, or as an outsourced Risk Manager to his clients. Wayne has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairfield University.
