Vanessa Lolli

Vanessa is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Cobbs Allen. She partners with clients to provide strategic customized  Human Resources solutions. Vanessa is experienced working with clients across industries throughout the U.S.. When working with clients, her areas of focus include employee relations, employment and leave laws, compensation benchmarking, talent management, and management and employee training.

Prior to joining Cobbs Allen, Vanessa was with the Hanover Insurance Group where she led organizational design projects, managed reductions in force, and conducted in-depth compensation analysis within their human resources department.

Vanessa has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and has earned the designations of Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is also a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.
