Tom O’Leary

Tom O’Leary joined the CAC Specialty Team in May of 2022 as Senior Vice President of M&A Solutions. With over eight years of experience, Tom brings strong consulting, project management and strategy development skills.

Prior to joining the CAC Specialty team, he served as Vice President M&A for Willis Towers Watson PLC where he added over 500 new business contacts to their CRM database. Tom also was hired as the youngest producer in Texas for Lockton Companies in 2016 where he worked alongside its chairman. During his time at Lockton, Tom was instrumental in growing and supporting an $8M book of business.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he earned his BA with honors in Finance. Very involved in his community, Tom sits on the board for Folds of Honor of North Texas. In addition, he is also involved in the Association for Corporate Growth and IBEX Club in Dallas. Outside of work, you can find Tom spending time with his family, golfing, snowboarding, wake surfing and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and his Dallas Mavericks.
