Susan Reese

Susan Reese joined the CAC Specialty team in July of 2023 as an Account Executive for the Senior Living Practice. She has a strong background in account management, proposals, negotiations, and communication, which makes her a valuable addition to the CAC Specialty team.

Before joining CAC Specialty in July 2023, Susan worked at Assured Partners as an Account Executive, where she focused on managing large senior living accounts in Property & Casualty lines of insurance.

Prior to her role at Assured Partners, Susan spent an impressive 22 years at Willis as a Senior Client Manager/Account Executive. During this time, she was responsible for various aspects of client management, including providing quotes and proposals, as well as negotiating coverage.

Susan earned her degree in business and marketing from Lane Community College as well as a Legal Assistant degree from Merit Davis Business College.

Susan is a family-oriented individual, as evidenced by her marriage and five grown children. She also has a Goldendoodle named Bo. Her interests outside of work include golfing, hiking, and standup paddleboarding.
