Sandy S. Cridland

Sandy is an Assistant Vice President, Claims Advocate at CAC Specialty in the Legal & Claims Practice group where she specializes in managing the claims process from inception to resolution for clients of CAC’s Financial Lines and Cyber Practice, including D&O, E&O, EPL, Fiduciary, and Crime/K&R.

Following five years as a Claims Advocate with Aon, where she specialized in Financial Lines claims among other lines, Sandy was most recently Robinhood’s first Claims Operations Manager where she built internal protocols and procedures for all aspects of internal claims management. Prior to Aon, Sandy was a paralegal for six years working on insurance defense, medical malpractice, securities, and antitrust cases.

Sandy graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, New York with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Minor in Business Studies.

She is fluent in Hindi and lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with her family.

Sandy enjoys gardening, movies, and cooking various cuisines.
