Robyn Melnyk

Senior Vice President, Event Management & Field Activation

Robyn serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at CAC Specialty and has over 24 years’ experience in the insurance industry. In collaboration with the Executive Management Team, she directs the strategic planning, development, and implementation of CAC’s external and internal communication strategies.

She has proven success in creative art direction, marketing, project management, and has versatile experience showcasing project initiatives for print and digital clients, ranging from Fortune 500 to startups and non-profit organizations. Robyn excels at identifying consumer needs, analyzing market trends, and delivering successful project solutions. She is a team leader who strengthens competitive positioning by providing a strategic, holistic approach to marketing communications and sales initiatives designed to engage clients and build brand recognition.

Before joining CAC, Robyn was the Vice President of Business Communications and Event Operations for McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc. At McGriff, Robyn directed the communications and event operations teams, and was the leader for the company’s largest client conference, hosted in conjunction with key industry market partners.

Robyn graduated from Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
