Oleg Chernyshov

Oleg joined CAC Specialty in 2021. His unique skill set includes quantitative skills, financial modeling, and strong research abilities making him a great asset to his team.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Oleg worked as an Actuarial Analyst and an Operational Risk Analyst at AmTrust Financial. During his time there, Oleg developed pricing models, worked on insurance product development, created executive reports following research into financial, legal, and economic issues of potential business opportunities, and prepared quarterly reports examining external, strategic, insurance, operational, and financial risks to be reviewed by the global Board of Directors. Oleg also researched key statistics and trends in the D&O, E&S, and cyber insurance markets to analyze growth opportunities.

Oleg graduated from University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Statistics Minor. When he’s not working, Oleg enjoys spending time outside, playing sports, going to dance lessons, and playing poker.
