Natalie Parker is a Vice President for within the Contingent Risk team, focusing on providing clients with insurance solutions that address intellectual property-related risks. Natalie’s diverse patent and appellate background, both as a litigator and as an investment team member at a litigation funder, enable her to approach potential insurance and financing solutions creatively and efficiently.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Natalie was at Omni Bridgeway, one of the world’s largest corporate litigation finance groups, where she performed due diligence and monitored investments in multi-million-dollar patent disputes. Natalie has also gained valuable experience through clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and practicing law at Holland & Knight (previously known as Thompson & Knight), with a focus on intellectual property, appellate, and commercial litigation.

Natalie graduated magna cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was recognized as a Hatton W. Sumners Foundation Scholar and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review. She received her B.A. in International Studies from the University of Richmond.
