Molly Firth

Molly Firth joined the CAC Specialty team in November 2023 as an AVP and Transactional Liability Claims Advocate for the Transactional Liability practice. Her primary responsibilities involve handling RWI (Representations and Warranties Insurance) placements and collaborating closely with Jessie Friend, who leads the Transactional Claims Practice.

Before joining CAC Specialty, Molly worked as a consultant in the business valuation field. Prior to that, she accumulated over eight years of experience in the insurance industry, serving as an outsourced risk manager for clients in the Private Equity Real Estate Owner sector. In this capacity, Molly managed insurance placements, contractual risk transfer, and claims across a spectrum of Property and Casualty exposures.

Molly holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. When she’s not working, Molly enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
