Michael Rice

Mike serves as Chief Executive Officer for CAC Specialty. He has more than 30 years of experience in the brokerage industry. Mike is a member of CAC’s leadership team and is also a board member. He has specific expertise in Directors and Officers (D&O) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) insurance, and a passion for data and analytics insights and knowledge.

Prior to joining CAC, Mike served as the founding Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of JLT Specialty USA and was responsible for overseeing JLTs Specialty operations and expansion. Before JLT, Mike held several senior positions within Aon over a 25-year career.

Mike graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
