Mark Holt

Mark Holt joined the CAC Specialty team in June of 2022 as Senior Vice President of Risk Management. Mark specializes in risk management services to clients and assisting with large property losses and coverage advocacy. He also focuses on reviewing and writing policies and procedures for operational risk management. Before joining the team, Mark served as Senior Vice President at Alliance Insurance Group. Mark is a 30-year veteran in the field of insurance and risk management, serving the majority of those years in the senior housing industry. He began his career as a property and casualty claims adjuster for several leading insurance companies handling property, liability, products, and professional liability claims. In addition, he has expertise in alternative risk finance strategies, enterprise risk management program design, safety, coverage resolution, and claims and litigation management. Mark is a graduate of Willamette University and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. Mark is also a licensed adjuster and insurance broker.
