Lisa Harris

Lisa is an Executive Vice President and Co-head of Oil & Gas at CAC Specialty. Lisa is responsible for client service of CAC Specialty’s Natural Resources Practice. She has spent her career servicing energy clients across the world, negotiating complex insurance programs for large and diverse energy and services companies including claims support work. In some instances, Lisa has acted as the outsourced risk manager for key clients.

Lisa has been named a Power Broker in traditional energy by Risk & Insurance in 2018. She was also named an Elite Woman by Insurance Business America in 2020 and 2022.

She began her career with JLT in 2003 as an energy associate and spent time in London working including as a Lloyd’s energy broker. Most recently she was at Marsh Specialty where she managed Marsh USA’s Energy & Marine service team in addition to servicing her own clients.

Lisa graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and a focus on International Business. She currently serves on the board of directors for Ronald McDonald House Houston.
