Laura Levin

Laura Levin joined CAC Specialty in May of 2023 as a Vice President, Claims Counsel for the Legal and Claims practice group. She is a highly experienced and accomplished claims counsel and analyst.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Laura served as Senior Claims Counsel in the Financial Lines and Public D&O group at CNA Insurance. She was responsible for managing CNA’s highest severity and exposure claims made against financial institution insureds, and for mentoring and developing the department’s claims staff. Before that, she was Senior Claims Analyst in Management Liability at Argo Insurance where she managed 200+ claims made against primary and excess policies for both private (including nonprofit) and public companies.

Laura has held regular trainings for claims and underwriting on coverage topics and emerging claim trends and has spoken on industry panels on topics including EPL coverage issues and the importance of the carrier/broker relationship in successful claim resolution.

Laura earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina. She has bar memberships in New York and New Jersey as well as Property and Casualty Adjuster’s License held in twelve states.
