Laine Watson

Laine Watson joined the Cobbs Allen team in January 2024 as the Vice President of Talent Development, bringing with her over 25 years of invaluable experience in human resources. Known for her track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments, Laine is a seasoned professional in talent strategy, talent management, learning and development, and change management.

Previously, Laine held the position of Director of Talent Development at UKG. In this role, she successfully led a team of 9 talent consultants, dedicated to creating unparalleled employee experiences in learning and development, performance management, talent management, career mobility, recognition, and onboarding. Laine’s expertise allowed her to build these programs from scratch, leveraging industry insights, data, human-centered design, and valuable employee input.

Laine holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with High Honors from Georgia Tech along with certifications as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner and LUMA Design Thinking Practitioner.
