Kristin Nappi

Kristin Nappi joined the CAC Specialty team in July of 2022 as a Consultant in the Private Equity Human Capital Risk practice group. Kristin is a benefits professional with a strong background in end-to-end RFP management and case implementation. She is also skilled in data analysis and presentation. Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Kristin served as a Consultant with Alterity Group in New York where she gained valuable experience in reviewing client financial reports, data analysis and distribution, and project management.

Kristin is currently working towards earning her CEBS certification from the International Society of Employee Benefits and holds her Insurance Agent License for the state of New York. She is a graduate of Iona College where she earned her B.S. in Biology. Outside of work, Kristin teaches Pilates and enjoys baking and playing with her puppy, Rigatoni.
