Katie Langley

Katie is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources with Cobbs Allen and CAC Specialty. As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Katie and her team are responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy and procedure development and implementation, multi-state labor law compliance, and strategic planning with executive leadership. Katie also oversees the Human Resource and Client Services consultants, including communications and loss control, ensuring the highest quality customer service is being given to Cobbs Allen clients.

Prior to joining Cobbs Allen, Katie worked in Human Resources in recruiting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, was an HR Coordinator, and promoted into an HR Manager role at Momentum Telecom and most recently served as HR Director at Vesta Insurance Group.

Katie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Katie has received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She has been recognized for her professional ability by the Birmingham Business Journal as one of Birmingham’s “Most Innovative Human Resources Professionals.” She is also a member of the Cobbs Allen Executive Committee, CAC Specialty’s Executive Committee and CAC Specialty’s Board of Directors.
