Katie Flynn

Katie Flynn specializes in advising private equity clients and their portfolio companies on risk strategy. She is a seasoned insurance professional and has excelled by leading with transparency and developing trust with her clients.

As SVP in the M&A Solutions team at CAC, Katie is responsible for stewardship, strategic initiatives, and coordination of all elements of M&A due diligence. From LOI to exit, she has ultimate accountability for all services provided by CAC Specialty.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty in 2020, Katie spent seven years building the Risk Advisory Practice at a boutique PE brokerage firm where she directly managed strategy for 19 private equity funds. Katie started and spent most of her career with Marsh both as a Client Advisor and Client Executive.

Katie graduated Cum Laude from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She is also a member of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
