Justin Treat

Justin Treat is a Producer at CAC Specialty’s Natural Resources Practice. He brings with him a decade of experience in a variety of roles within the insurance sector.
Before joining CAC Specialty, Justin was Assistant Vice President and Account Executive at Aon within their Energy Group focusing on Oil & Gas clients. During his time there, Justin managed and oversaw a book of business totaling over $8.5M in annual revenue. Justin has international experience and in-depth knowledge with fronted and captive-based insurance programs. Prior to his time at Aon, Justin excelled in his role as a Broker Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. – Energy Group.

Justin is a Licensed Texas Insurance Salesperson as well as a Licensed Texas Surplus Line Salesperson. He obtained his bachelors degree in Business Administration at Texas Christian University, majoring in Finance accompanied with a minor in Energy Technology & Management
