Josh Kirklin

Josh is an Executive Vice President with the CAC Natural Resources Practice, he concentrates on upstream, midstream, and oilfield service business, whether foreign or domestic. He and Robert Plum co-founded the Cobbs Allen Houston, TX office in 2016.

Before joining CAC, Josh was with McGriff, Seibels & Williams for over 10 years in a similar role. His insurance career began in claims where he oversaw the claims management for windstorm blowouts, barge rig fires, and refinery explosions.

Over the years, Josh has developed deep domestic and London relationships and is involved with various private equity groups.

Josh has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Colgate University and was a starter on the Varsity football team. He holds his Claims Adjuster license and serves as past president of the Houston Marine Insurance Seminar for which he has also been a speaker for multiple years.
