John Wilson

John B. Wilson, Esq. develops innovative structured finance and complex risk solutions for corporate and private equity clients. He is a proven originator, and has expertise in the use of structured finance around complex risk solutions.

John practiced commercial litigation for several years, giving him a unique perspective on managing complex risk. He brings expertise in the areas of private equity, renewable energy, construction, real estate development, and technology. Prior risk management experience includes Denver Sales Leader and Pacific North Construction Practice Leader positions at Marsh, and Vice President at Willis, where he was a top 10 percent producer over several years.

John lives in Golden, Colorado and holds both a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
