Jacalyn Kroupa, ESQ

Jacalyn is a Senior Vice Present at CAC Specialty specializing in the placement and advisory of Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and Kidnap, Ransom and Extortion. She focuses on addressing the complex needs of public and private companies, and/or pre-IPO companies.

Her experience includes placement and strategic advisory for complex IPOs, including a large social media company, a transportation network company, multiple early and late-stage pharmaceutical companies, and F100 Technology and Life Sciences companies.

Before joining CAC, Jacalyn was a Senior Vice President at JLT Specialty and a Vice President and Team Leader at Aon. Jacalyn has also been acknowledged as a “40 under 40 Power Broker” by Business Insurance.

Jacalyn earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska and graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Law with her Juris Doctor.
