Eric Hiatt

Eric serves as Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty and has over 20 years of experience focused on business development in the insurance industry. He specializes in supporting both private and public companies with challenging risks and insurance needs, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Eric is a trusted advisor to C-level executives and clients with complex strategic priorities and delivers exceptional results within their corporate risk program, including Executive Risks (D&O/EPL), Property, Casualty, Cyber, and the complete suite of Transactional Risk Products. His services include merger and acquisition due diligence, advising on insurance program design, and alternative risk transfer solutions.

Prior to CAC, Eric developed new business relationships across multiple industries for global brokers, including Aon and Marsh, and his background includes serving pre-IPO startups as well as Fortune 500 firms.

Eric graduated from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, where he also won a Div. I National Championship in soccer. He is active in the local community, including a current role as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of WA/AK.
