Ellen Holtz

Ellen joined the CAC Specialty team in June of 2021 as a consultant for the Private Equity Human Capital Risk division.​ She assists in leading the Human Capital Risk diligence process under the CAC M&A Solutions. Ellen has a strong background in conducting in-depth program assessments for private equity portfolios and their portfolio companies. She is skilled at analyzing benefits programs in order to provide meaningful commentary to clients on plan designs, cost sharing strategies, compliance reviews, and market trends.

Prior to joining CAC, Ellen was an Associate Consultant at Alterity Group where she managed day to day Private Equity relationships. She also worked extensively within the Stop Loss Center of Excellence where she managed the RFP marketing process on behalf of the client to obtain favorable stop loss coverage and satisfactory cost savings.​

Ellen graduated from Florida State University where she earned her B.S. in Risk Management and Insurance. She currently resides in New York. When she’s not working, Ellen enjoys visiting family and friends in Florida.
