Demi Traikovich

Demi Traikovich joined the CAC Specialty team in February 2024 as a Vice President for the Business Development practice group.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Demi was a Producer at Synapse Services, LLC a wholesaler specializing in the placement of Cyber Liability, Tech E&O, Product Recall, & Financial lines for clients of all sizes & industry classes in the US & abroad. Under her leadership, Cyber doubled in size each year since she joined and was the fastest growing division within the company. Despite the disruptive market, she was able to negotiate competitive terms and pricing for cyber placements. She set up enhancement programs with carriers for clients within the Construction, Manufacturing, Distribution, Auto Dealership, and Tribal Risks/Casino industries. She also helped develop a relationship with an IT vendor providing Synapse’s Cyber clients with MFA implementation services. She also has been appointed to sit on several of her cyber carrier’s Advisory Boards and will remain an active member here at CAC.

Prior to Synapse, Demi worked at Chubb in New York City where she underwrote D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime; K&R. She was on the Private/Non-Profit Financial Lines team and specialized in +$1B clients. Demi was responsible for producing new accounts, executing renewal strategies, and achieving bottom line profitability across multiple insurance lines in a wide array of industries.

Demi graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance supported by a full academic scholarship. She captains several ALTA/USTA tennis teams around Atlanta, teaches swim lessons, and stays involved with Greater Georgia and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta organizations.
