Crystal Wellborn

Crystal Wellborn joined CAC Specialty in June 2021 as a Sr. Account Manager within the Property & Casualty Practice. As part of the account management team, Crystal assists with managing key processes in servicing the clients’ needs as well as the internal activities related to these processes. She has vast experience in servicing large complex commercial accounts in various industries, including real estate, construction, food & beverage and waste disposal.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Crystal was at Aon as a Senior Account Specialist during which time she served as key client liaison and coordinated activities of the account management team to ensure that key processes were performed effectively and monitored the quality of client deliverables. These processes include, but are not limited to, answering insurance coverage questions, coordinating renewal activities, preparing proposals and other special projects, as needed.

When she’s not working, Crystal enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
