Cindy Irwin

Cindy Irwin joined the Cobbs Allen family in 2019 as Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning. Cindy is skilled in HR consulting, compensation, and management. With over 20 years of progressive Human Resource experience, Cindy’s skill set includes hiring top talent and managing growth structure for Cobbs Allen. Additionally, she aids in implementing strategic plans and making recommendations to executive management for improvement in company practices. Cindy has also been awarded Top HR Executive and earned a spot in UAB’s Top 25 Excellence in Business award.

A Birmingham native, Cindy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Cindy is a Certified Compensation Professional and holds a Salary Administration Certification.  Her affiliations include Society for Human Resources Management and World at Work. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband John, daughter Kendall and son Jake.
