Chelley Schaper

Chelley is an Executive Vice President and Head of National Accounts for the Property & Casualty division at CAC Specialty. She strives to understand each client’s real estate business before leveraging the abundant resources and teams within CAC to deliver the most compelling product for their needs.

Before joining CAC Specialty, Chelley was the Founder and CEO of a technology startup deploying resources to build a client-focused mobile app.

Chelley was a Senior Vice President at Lockton Companies, specializing in complex property & casualty and real estate. She held various positions, including managing the National Accounts group for many years and overseeing fifteen teams handling complex risk accounts.

Chelley graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Risk Management and Insurance.
