Cavan Maguire

Cavan Maguire joined the CAC Specialty team in November of 2023 assuming the role of Junior Account Manager for the Special Situations practice group, bringing a diverse background in marketing, operations, and community engagement.

Prior to joining, Cavan served as a Community Associate at WeWork. In this capacity, she collaborated with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to assess and enhance member retention and growth. Cavan collected member feedback and implemented solutions using Salesforce CRM and interpersonal engagement. She was responsible for planning and executing 2-3 events weekly, managing budgets, promotional material, and vendors. Cavan also evaluated Medallia results to optimize membership value, develop member retention strategies, and boost building occupancy. Prior to her time at WeWork, she worked on the Marketing and Promotions Staff for the Denver Broncos Football Club, providing support to the Broncos’ marketing, community, and sponsorship groups.

Cavan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business. When she’s not helping distressed companies with their insurance needs, Cavan enjoys skiing and traveling.
