Carla Zeitoune

Carla Zeitoune joined CAC Specialty in December 2023 as an Assistant Vice President and Claims Advocate for the Financial Lines Practice group. With several years of experience, she has worked with a wide range of accounts, including large loss sensitive accounts in sectors such as oil and gas, energy and marine, healthcare, real estate development, construction, and public entities.

Before joining CAC, Carla began her career as an Administrative Assistant and quickly advanced to the position of Claims Account Executive at McGriff Insurance Services. Some of her responsibilities in this role included developing client-specific claims service plans, such as creating claim reporting forms and procedures, and contributing to a collaborative effort focused on implementation of a new claims management system, articulating specific claim needs and functionalities to maximize efficiency. Carla also holds a Texas All Lines Adjuster’s License.

Carla grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Houston in 2011. She is fluent in Tagalog and enjoys traveling and cooking in her leisure time.
