Cara McCall

Cara McCall joined the CAC Specialty team in October 2023, taking on the role of the Senior Vice President of Brand and Content Strategy for the Marketing and Communications department. With nearly 25 years of experience, Cara is well-versed in team building, strategy development, ideation leadership, brand establishment, and the orchestration of events, campaigns, and analytics.

Her most recent position was a Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility at CNA, where she spearheaded the successful restructuring and rebranding efforts, introducing a new global positioning and creative direction to unify the company. Prior to this role, Cara held senior marketing positions at Aon, where she excelled in client acquisition and retention.

Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University. She is also actively engaged as an Advisory Board Member, Propolis Ambassador, and an Ignite Awards Judge for B2B Marketing.
