Candi Hild

Candi Hild joined the CAC Specialty team in January of 2023 as a Bond Specialist, having 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She has managed a licensing department, making her familiar with statutory requirements surrounding surety bonds. Candi also brings with her skills in developing and implementing annual compliance monitoring and audit plans for both state and federal.

Prior to joining CAC, Candi served as a Manager of Exam Management and Licensing for PHH Mortgage Corporation for five years where she maintained proper state licensing for collection, business, servicing, and origination for five entities.

Candi not only holds a certification in Compliance Lending, but she also holds an American Bankers Certification and is Six Sigma certified.
