Bruce Denson, Jr

Bruce serves as Advisor of Cobbs Allen and CAC Specialty. He is a thought leader in utilizing insurance to solve traditional capital market problems and has created manuscript solutions for clients across a variety of industries.

He is the founder of the education practice group and is the executive leader of company strategy. Under his leadership, Cobbs Allen has seen a compound annual growth rate of more than 20%, almost quadrupled its corporate revenue, and ranked in the top 50 of privately held brokerage firms and top 100 of all US brokerage firms.

Respected as a credible voice, Bruce frequently speaks at industry events on a variety of topics including captive insurance, structured finance, and the intersection of management liability and professional liability.

Bruce graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with degrees in philosophy and the classics and holds a Master of Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is an Advisory Board member for AIG Southeast, a member of the Assurex Global Innovation Group, and a member of YPO.

He serves in a variety of capacities at CAC Specialty, a specialty insurance brokerage and investment banking platform that brings bespoke insurance solutions to public and private companies and private equity sponsors. Together, Cobbs Allen and CAC Specialty service global clients from 16 offices.
