Brooke Eades

Brooke Eades joined the CAC Specialty team in October of 2023 as an Associate Account Executive for the Senior Living Practice. Brooke possesses a remarkable track record in the realm of Commercial Insurance, particularly in Middle Office Operations. Not only that, but she is also known for her innovative problem-solving abilities and a knack for building enduring relationships with brokers, clients, and carriers.

Before joining CAC Specialty, Brooke served as an Account Manager at Lockton Companies. Her responsibilities included various pre-renewal tasks such as organizing internal strategy meetings, analyzing loss summaries, engaging in discussions about renewal expectations with incumbent carriers, and obtaining updated information from clients. She played a pivotal role in the renewal process, handling carrier negotiations, client presentations, quote summaries, and other binding-related duties.

Brooke holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both earned from Johnson & Wales University.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and DIY home projects.
