Ashraf Mathkour

Ashraf Mathkour joined the CAC Specialty team in December of 2023 as a Vice President for the Technology Practice.

Ashraf has spent the past 10 years of his career working at Technology companies to build world-class client experiences. His tenure at various technology firms arms him with a profound client-centric approach and a wealth of technological expertise, which he now channels into his role working with Technology clients to ensure top-tier client satisfaction. His method involves delving deeply into clients’ businesses, aligning with their goals and objectives, and orchestrating seamless collaborations with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction.

Ashraf joined CAC Specialty from Signal AI where he served as their Head of Sales, responsible for designing Go-To-Market & Customer Experience processes. Prior to Signal AI, Ashraf worked at Uber scaling their B2B organization as their Head of Mid-Market. Before Uber, Ashraf was the first sales hire at Tuiton.io as their Director of Sales.

Prior to his career in technology, Ashraf gained a foundational insurance education at Aon Risk Solutions serving predominantly technology and financial services clients. He holds a dual major from Claremont McKenna College where he played Soccer and Track & Field. Outside of work, he is passionate about Refugee activism and sits on the board of Anera.
