In her new role, Stelly will work with clients to help build stronger risk management programs, specializing in Professional Liability and Medical Malpractice. Her healthcare industry and insurance expertise in auditing, captive management, and insurance-linked securities will deliver innovative solutions and broader strategic planning to clients.

Previously, Stelly served as a Vice President and Senior Account Executive at one of the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firms. In that role, she specialized in the design, placement, and management of complex insurance programs and alternative risk financing structures for healthcare organizations, including academic medical systems, physician groups, and behavioral health entities. Prior to this, she served as Operations Unit Manager and Account Executive at a prominent U.S. brokerage firm, where she serviced a portfolio of healthcare entities, including integrated hospital systems and senior living organizations.
