Karmanee has broad experience in all lines of coverage, with a specific focus on brokering and servicing Healthcare Professional Liability and Excess Liability programs for clients ranging from multi-state integrated healthcare and behavioral health systems to senior living, ambulatory surgery centers, miscellaneous medical facilities and large physician groups. Her expertise includes in-depth experience as an underwriter for a physician medical malpractice carrier.

Most recently, she served as senior vice president for Willis Towers Watson, where she oversaw the expansion and development of the healthcare industry insurance business as part of the M&A team.
