Erica Kasperkowiak specializes in advising private equity clients ensuring that they are aware of the holistic picture of human capital risk in their portfolio and serving as a strategic advisor in mitigating those risks.

She brings a management consulting strategic approach (plus hands on execution) to insurance/risk management strategy including human capital/HR/benefits management strategies, cost & efficiency improvement, leadership assessment & development, vendor RFP / sourcing & management, HR & Risk technology solutions, compensation strategy, talent management, and organizational restructuring. As a Health Rosetta advisor, she is a champion of transparency for health plans that typically yield 20-40% savings and better value for employees.

She brings over 15 years of human capital risk experience and has worked across various industries including Private Equity, public sector, hospitality, retail, tech, aviation, manufacturing, financial & legal services, and higher education.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty in 2020, Erica was SVP of Portfolio Management for a boutique PE risk advisory firm where she managed risk management strategy for 22 private equity funds. Her career in alternative investment human capital strategy also includes a tenure with Alvarez & Marsal as Director where she served as outsourced portfolio insurance and human capital risk manager for L Catterton, a $14b global private equity firm with 80+ portfolio companies.

Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Kasperkowiak was a consultant in the M&A/Human Capital Risk practice of Willis Towers Watson in New York City, and she began her career in law firm operations and HR for East coast law firm, Halloran & Sage, headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut.

Her other passions include soaking up all the time she can with her six-year-old son, sailing, and painting.
