Carl Swan

Carl Swan joined the CAC Specialty team in May of 2022 as Executive Vice President of the Senior Living Practice group. Carl spearheads the firms new Senior Living Practice as he and his team navigates the industry’s growing litigious environment. Carl comes to CAC Specialty with deep experience and broad senior living industry involvement. He specializes in forward-thinking solutions for every type of senior living building, from independent and assisted living communities to skilled nursing centers and continuing care retirement communities.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Carl served as Senior Vice President for Alliance Insurance Group. With deep experience and broad industry involvement, Carl specializes in forward-thinking solutions for every type of building, from independent and assisted living communities to skilled nursing centers, continuing care retirement communities and more. He enjoys playing a role in their care as a risk management partner to many senior living operators across the country as they work toward achieving their mission of caring for their residents. Carl is a graduate of Northwest Christian University and a Master’s graduate of Pacific University.
