Andrew is a Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty, specializing in negotiating, placing, and advocating for coverage for Litigation and Contingent Risk Insurance, Cyber Insurance, Tech Errors & Omissions, and Directors & Officer’s Liability.

Before joining CAC Specialty, Andrew was the head of his law firm’s cybersecurity and data privacy group, where he counseled clients on compliance, cyber insurance risk management, data breach response and litigation. As a lawyer at King & Spalding in Atlanta, Andrew also gained significant experience successfully litigating over half a billion dollars in D&O and E&O claims on behalf of financial institutions. Andrew also has extensive experience in consumer class actions, complex commercial litigation, business torts, and healthcare related investigations and business disputes.

Andrew’s practice focuses on bespoke solutions for Litigation and Contingent Risk Insurance, Cyber, Tech E&O, D&O and E&O. Andrew has particular industry experience in financial institutions, manufacturing companies, and healthcare companies.

Andrew earned his J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law, where he received the James M. Shoemaker, Jr. Moot Court Award and was on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University (magna cum laude, with honors). He is also a former Teach For America teacher, with four years of experience in public education.
