CAC Specialty is pleased to introduce Chelley Schaper as our newest Senior Vice President. Schaper brings more than 20 years of experience, including 16 years at Lockton working with complex risk accounts, with a specialization in the real estate industry. Most recently, Schaper founded a technology platform for the health and wellbeing company, ActiveSoul, Inc, where she served as CEO.

Combining her technical insurance expertise with a nimble and outside the box mentality, Schaper is a perfect addition to the team. She will assist CAC Specialty in the continued building of our Property and Casualty business, which will include her leadership of our Real Estate initiatives.

Schaper is a graduate of The University of Georgia, earning her bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance. She is very active in charities that specifically help under privileged children and has served as a board member for How 101 for the past 11 years.
