Jeff Rhoades

Jeff is a Senior Vice President in CAC Specialty’s Natural Resources Division. CAC Specialty is an integrated specialty insurance brokerage and investment banking firm focused on delivering bespoke solutions across the spectrum of insurance and alternative capital markets.

Jeff has 10 years of experience in the risk and insurance sector. He has built a strong reputation for designing and implementing innovative risk transfer solutions for a diverse group of clients in the energy sector including regulated utilities, independent power producers, energy contractors, renewable energy developers, biofuel producers and private equity firms.

Jeff is also a licensed attorney. His legal background makes him a unique resource for legal, risk and tax matters, as well as contract review, drafting manuscript policy language and complex claim advocacy.

Jeff joined CAC Specialty in 2021 after leaving Beecher Carlson’s Global Energy Practice, where he worked for 3 years. Prior to that, Jeff began his career at McGriff, Seibels & Williams. He received his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law, his J.D. magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law and B.S. with honors in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
